How soon can I receive the items?
You will receive the items by courier 7-28 days from date of order.
How do I know the items are genuine?
Each item contains a hologram as proof of authenticity.

How do I get a refund of the product?
You may ask for refund by emailing us within 7 days of receipt of item. You will need to return the item in original condition to our address at 138-3-9, Anson Cube, Jalan Anson, Georgetown, 10400 Pulau Pinang. The refund process will be completed within 30 days.
Does the Commemorative Coin have monetary value?
No. This commemoration coin is intended as a novelty/souvenir item.
Do you have a physical location where I can buy the commemoration coins?
No. We currently only sell online. However, if you are unable to buy online, please contact us through email or phone.
Do I need to register with the website as a new cusomer to shop online?
You can order through the website by providing personal details such as name, address, phone number and email address. No registration is necessary.
Is it safe to enter my card details when placing an order at tunmcc.com.my?
Yes our secure payment gateway is operated by MOLpay and any sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it.
Do I receive any confirmation once I have placed an order?
Yes. Once you have entered details such as your name, delivery address, and method of payment and confirmed you order we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

We accept online banking through all major banks in Malaysia through FPX and credit/debit card through MolPay.
